Preparation is already in full swing following a successful off season of touch rugby. To sharpen our edge, we’re excited to announce that former Australian Sevens player Matt Gonzalez is now leading our Monday night conditioning sessions. This high-caliber addition to our pre-season fitness is a fantastic result for the club, and we look forward to seeing everyone on the paddock as we transition into formal training.
